What are choux pastries?
Choux pastry is a light pastry dough used to make profiteroles, eclairs, and other delicate French pastries. When baked, it puffs up with a hollow center perfect for filling with cream or other delicious ingredients.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
While our traditional choux pastries contain gluten, we are working on developing gluten-free alternatives. Please ask our staff about current availability.
Can I pre-order pastries?
Yes! We recommend pre-ordering for special occasions or large quantities. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for custom orders.
How long do your pastries stay fresh?
Our choux pastries are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. If needed, they can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery within Cheltenham for orders over £30. Please contact us for delivery availability and rates.
